Is Vivi available now?

Do I need to download an app or create an account?
No. Vivi works entirely over text message. Your phone number is how she knows you — there’s no app, no account, and no password.
How does booking work?
Tell Vivi what you need. She finds an option and shows you the exact business, date, time, and price. Only after you reply yes does she call the business — then she confirms by text with the booking details. If you change your mind, reply UNDO within 10 minutes.
Will Vivi ever book something without asking me?
No. Vivi never books or commits you to anything without showing you the exact details and getting your explicit yes first. And she only reports a booking as done when the business confirms it.
What does it cost?
Free gets you 5 messages or 1 completed booking. Plus is $9 per month for unlimited messages and bookings. Your carrier’s message and data rates may also apply.
How do I stop messages, or get help?

- Program: Vivi — a conversational SMS assistant for appointment booking and household task relay.
- By texting Vivi’s number, you consent to receive conversational and transactional text messages from Vivi at the number you texted from. Vivi’s first reply confirms you’re enrolled and repeats the opt-out and help instructions.
- Message frequency varies based on your requests and open tasks.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using any other service.
- Vivi sends messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. your local time; requests made after hours are handled the next morning.
- Vivi sends no marketing, promotional, or bulk messages, and never messages anyone who has not opted in.
- Household helpers: a Vivi user can ask Vivi to relay a task to you. Vivi first sends one invitation message identifying Vivi and the person who invited you. You receive task relays only if you reply YES or START. If you don’t reply, you receive no further messages.
